Vegetable Cheese Soup

This is the easiest soup in the world. It's pretty yummy too!

1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix
2 cans fat-free chicken broth
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
Rolls or crackers

Put veggies and broth into a saucepan and boil about 10min. until the vegetables are very soft. Mash the vegetables, then stir in the cheese and cook about 5 more minutes.
All Done!
